We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Systems Project Manager to lead the enhancement of our financial systems and drive innovative initiatives.
This role serves as the primary focal point between the FP&A team and technological departments. The main focus is ensuring effective communication and alignment of financial systems with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial system projects monitor progress and provide innovative solutions to potential challenges.
- Serve as the system administrator for the EPM Planning system overseeing the design testing implementation and maintenance of financial models.
- Design with FP&A team Power BI dashboards for effective visualization of financial data.
- Collaborate and support cross-functional teams including MIS accounting and operations to ensure financial systems meet organizational needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A department.
- Conduct project review meetings report on status and manage risks or issues as necessary.
- Ensure that project deliverables comply with organizational policies and sox compliance
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in economics or a related field. Graduated with honors- an advantage.
- Excel master
- Deep understanding of FP&A processes and operations.
- Proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle EPM planning Oracle ERP and data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects that enhance planning workflows and system stability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Adaptability to evolving project requirements.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- English and Hebrew- mother tongue level
