OrganizationDevelopment
- Participate in onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization.
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide resources to help new hires acclimate to the companys culture and policies.
- Update the organization chart regularly and keep an accurate record for all company employees
Employee Engagement
- Implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Organize employee events and activities to promote teamwork and company culture.
Internal Communication
- Assist in creating internal newsletters announcements and other communication materials to foster effective internal communication within the organization.
Performance Management
- Support the implementation and administration of performance management systems.
- Assist in coordinating performance reviews feedback sessions and performance improvement plans.
Learning & Development
- Assist in training session facilitation.
- Find external training vendors when needed.
Requirements
- 1 years of experience across Human resources functions
- Strong understanding of performance management L&D and organizational development.
- Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced level of English
