OrganizationDevelopment
  • Participate in onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and provide resources to help new hires acclimate to the companys culture and policies.
  • Update the organization chart regularly and keep an accurate record for all company employees
Employee Engagement
  • Implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Organize employee events and activities to promote teamwork and company culture.
Internal Communication
  • Assist in creating internal newsletters announcements and other communication materials to foster effective internal communication within the organization.
Performance Management
  • Support the implementation and administration of performance management systems.
  • Assist in coordinating performance reviews feedback sessions and performance improvement plans.
Learning & Development
  • Assist in training session facilitation.
  • Find external training vendors when needed.


Requirements

  • 1 years of experience across Human resources functions
  • Strong understanding of performance management L&D and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced level of English
