We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Meeting & Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for planning organizing and executing a wide range of meetings and events ensuring seamless experiences for our clients and guests.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of meetings and events from initial planning to post-event follow-up
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored event proposals
- Negotiate contracts with vendors suppliers and venues to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Manage event budgets and timelines ensuring all deadlines are met
- Oversee on-site event logistics including setup audiovisual equipment catering and guest management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients vendors and internal teams
- Create and distribute event-related materials such as agendas schedules and promotional content
- Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare comprehensive reports for management and clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative event concepts to enhance our offerings
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards for all events
