Contract Details: Full-time
Overview:
Hirz International B/O Abdul-Jawad Trading Group is a leading company in the Jeddah Saudi Arabia area that specializes in providing high-quality maintenance services to commercial and residential properties. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner / Coordinator to join our team and assist in coordinating and planning maintenance activities for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a detailed maintenance schedule for all properties under our care
- Coordinate with property managers maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Monitor and track maintenance requests and work orders to ensure they are completed efficiently and within deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses for reporting purposes
- Provide support and guidance to maintenance staff when needed
- Develop and organize preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Monitor execution and ensure efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in maintenance planning and coordination
Qualifications:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Power BI
-Proficient in using maintenance management software and MS Office
-Experience in maintenance planning and coordination
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
- Saudi nationality (required).
