ملخص الوظيفة
Job Purpose:
To coordinate and manage daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining high service quality through effective communication with drivers warehouses and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule daily delivery activities
Communicate with drivers and logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries
Monitor delivery status and resolve delays or issues
Update and maintain delivery information in the system
Coordinate with warehouses to ensure order readiness
Handle delivery-related customer inquiries and complaints
Prepare regular reports on delivery performance
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelors degree (preferably in Business Administration or Logistics)
13 years of experience in delivery or logistics coordination
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in systems and reporting tools (ERP / Excel)
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
