1-Day Event for New Year!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements for our exclusive New Years Eve event
- Collaborate with maitre d and wait staff to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service throughout the evening
- Handle guest inquiries special requests and resolve any issues with courtesy and efficiency
- Oversee coat check operations and assist in distributing party favors and champagne for the midnight toast
- Maintain a clean organized and festive atmosphere in the lobby and waiting area
- Coordinate with valet parking staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
- Assist in crowd management and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Participate in post-event cleanup and debriefing
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality customer service or related field
- Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English
- Professional and polished appearance
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work late hours including New Years Eve
Preferred:
- Associates degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 2 years of experience in upscale restaurants or high-end event.
- Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems and POS software
- Experience with crowd management and event coordination
- First Aid and CPR certification
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments
