Your new role
As our new Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager youll be at the centre of financial planning business partnering and strategic decision-making. Youll lead a dedicated team of 2 to 3 members and act as a trusted advisor to management ensuring financial performance drives our purpose of improving patient outcomes.

You will join Finance & Operations in Israel part of Novo Nordisks global Finance Legal & Global Solutions organisation. We are enablers safeguarding the business driving value creation and ensuring we have the insights and resources to succeed.
Locally the FP&A team partners closely with our management business units and regional office. We work across Israel and the Palestinian Authority ensuring financial excellence and compliance while supporting growth in one of Novo Nordisks most dynamic markets.

You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
