Your new role
As our new Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager youll be at the centre of financial planning business partnering and strategic decision-making. Youll lead a dedicated team of 2 to 3 members and act as a trusted advisor to management ensuring financial performance drives our purpose of improving patient outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead engage and develop the FP&A team to deliver high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Own the budget and rolling estimate processes ensuring accuracy and alignment with business priorities.
  • Lead month-end closing reporting and financial analysis with a focus on sales costs productivity and margins.
  • Partner with Business Units and management providing insights proposals and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee our Palestine Authority business managing supply to private and tender markets while ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Drive cross-functional projects that simplify processes align resources and explore offshoring opportunities within FP&A.
  • Act as a proactive partner to our regional finance colleagues providing insights on market developments.

Your new department

You will join Finance & Operations in Israel part of Novo Nordisks global Finance Legal & Global Solutions organisation. We are enablers safeguarding the business driving value creation and ensuring we have the insights and resources to succeed.
Locally the FP&A team partners closely with our management business units and regional office. We work across Israel and the Palestinian Authority ensuring financial excellence and compliance while supporting growth in one of Novo Nordisks most dynamic markets.

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated finance professional with strong analytical and business orientation. To succeed in this role you should have:

  • A masters degree in Economics Business Administration Finance or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and controlling in a global company.
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders turning complex data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel and presentation skills with a structured and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market and Novo Nordisk products is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English.

You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
