Responsibilities:
The Role
As our Brand Marketing Manager you will own and evolve Theo Graces brand across all touchpoints. This is a managerial role leading brand team and owning the brand function end-to-end. You will shape how the brand looks feels and communicates - crafting a clear and consistent narrative that defines who we are strengthens emotional connection with our customers and supports our growth as a global brand. Working closely with cross-functional teams you will ensure cohesive brand execution across marketing product website and communications.
What Youll Do
Brand Ownership & Consistency- Lead brand building and evolution own the brand end-to-end ensuring a clear consistent and recognizable presence across all channels (visual messaging etc.)
- Messaging: Develop and own messaging frameworks for key moments launches and seasonal campaigns; write clear inspiring briefs and lead brand processes across design content product performance and web teams
- Campaigns & Launches: Lead cross-channel brand campaigns and launches from concept through execution
- Competitive & Market Insight: Analyze competitors with a strong focus on messaging around seasons events and key moments; continuously elevate the brand through market learning and best practices
Customer & Insight Discovery - Be the voice of the customer translating U.S. culture trends and insights into strong brand messaging understanding what customers love why they connect and how those insights translate into brand communication.
- Brand Content: Lead brand-led content creation across channels ensuring all content reflects brand voice values and quality standards
- Social & Community: Own social media presence and community activity driving channel strategy content engagement awareness and credibility
- PR & Partnerships: Manage PR brand partnerships and co-marketing initiatives ensuring consistent high-quality brand representation
Team Leadership: Manage mentor and develop brand team providing direction feedback and clear ownership
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead brand-related processes across design content performance product and web teams

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in brand marketing
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Detail-oriented self-directed and comfortable operating independently
- Ability to own initiatives end to end while collaborating across teams
- Comfortable with scrappy execution and quick iteration in a startup environment
