Mission

  • To drive operational excellence within our parcel locker network and contribute to the strategic growth and efficiency of OMNIC Self-Service Solutions.
  • To ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction while promoting sustainable business practices.

Key Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations management or related roles preferably in logistics postal/courier services retail or e-commerce.
  • Upper Intermediate (B2) proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong knowledge of operations management concepts: KPIs SLAs process design and service standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with partners and contractors.
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with task management systems (Jira Trello Monday).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations: monitor network performance SLA compliance and device availability.
  • Participate in building and developing the local operations team.
  • Set KPIs and performance metrics for both employees and the overall network; conduct regular evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the service department contractors and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Control and optimize business processes: reduce incident resolution time lower maintenance costs and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to strategic network expansion planning (new regions partnerships optimal site placement).
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management (financial indicators operational efficiency key metrics).
