ملخص الوظيفة
Key Responsibilities Technical Manager (Joinery / Woodwork)
Lead review and approve shop drawings cutting lists and material schedules.
Ensure all technical deliverables comply with project specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate closely with design production procurement and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
Support factory production by resolving technical challenges and ensuring correct fabrication methods.
Oversee quality control across all stages: cutting assembly finishing and packing.
Manage material selection and optimize production processes to minimize waste.
Supervise mentor and develop the technical team including draftsmen engineers and CNC programmers.
Qualifications :
Skills Experience & Qualifications Required
Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years experience in joinery or woodwork manufacturing including managerial responsibilities.
Strong technical knowledge of woodwork fabrication techniques materials and finishing systems.
High proficiency in AutoCAD and woodworking software; CNC programming knowledge is a strong advantage.
Proven leadership problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
Nationality requirement: Lebanese or Syrian.
Reporting Structure
Reports to: Factory Manager / Operations Director
Supervises: Technical Office Team
