  • Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy compliance and timely delivery.
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process collaborating with department heads to develop realistic financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate performance identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to Saudi Arabian financial regulations IFRS and internal controls; manage audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of accountability continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions new product launches and expansion plans.
  • Monitor key financial KPIs and deliver executive-level presentations to highlight performance risks and opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain robust risk management frameworks to safeguard financial assets and ensure business continuity.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; CPA CFA or ACCA qualification is highly preferred.
  • 25 years of progressive experience in financial management within the Financial Services industry with exposure to banking asset management or investment services.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and local tax compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of team development and performance management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment with a strong focus on accuracy integrity and strategic thinking.
