- Job Title: Venue Technology Manager
- Role Purpose: Oversees all Venue related Technology Systems within the Cluster
- Responsibilities: Manage installation maintenance and operation of all technological equipment for events and daily operations
- Key Tasks: Operation and Technical Support of ICT Solutions and Event Support Delivery of Venue ICT Services and Support
- Experience Required: Minimum of 15 years in ICT and AV/ELV system implementation maintenance and support preferably in sports venues or large-scale events
- Specific Experience: ICT Infrastructure AV/ELV solutions like video conferencing public address (PA) systems sound reinforcement video display technologies IPTV TV infrastructure Broadcasting CCTV Access Control turnstiles systems etc.
- Other Experience: Proven experience in IT management preferably in a venue or hospitality environment experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field
- Certifications: Professional certifications in project management are preferred
- Preferred Experience: Experience with large-scale ICT AV/ELV projects in sports venues or similar environments
- Technical Skills: Problem-solving skills attention to detail strong communication and interpersonal skills proficiency in reading and creating technical drawings schematics and wiring diagrams.
