Job Purpose
The Sales Supervisor will play a key role in supporting and guiding the sales team to achieve showroom targets while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency. This opportunity is ideal for fresh Industrial Engineering graduates who want to build a career in sales & retail management or for candidates with prior retail experience looking to grow into a supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Monitor sales activities staff schedules and shift rotations.
- Provide coaching guidance and support to team members to improve performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and problem resolution.
- Assist in preparing performance reports and sales KPIs.
- Support merchandising promotions and campaign activities within the showroom.
- Maintain compliance with company policies procedures and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle escalated customer concerns in coordination with management.
- Contribute to process improvements by applying Industrial Engineering knowledge in operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome) OR proven experience in retail sales/supervision.
- Strong leadership potential and interest in developing people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/POS systems is a plus.
