Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring:
Monitor employee work to ensure quality accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Feedback & Evaluation:
Conduct performance reviews provide constructive feedback and identify development opportunities for team members.
Conflict Resolution:
Address and resolve workplace conflicts and issues that arise within the team.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between employees and senior management communicating policies goals and concerns.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure a safe work environment and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
Team Management & Guidance:
Oversee and guide a team of employees providing instructions support and training.
