Our client a leading FMCG company is seeking a Marketing Manage in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will lead the establishment and development of marketing strategies goals and objectives set by the Chairman & Managing Director. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in relationship management operational effectiveness and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective strategic relationships with key stakeholders including Sales Production and Suppliers.
- Network with local national and international marketing professionals to position the company and its products.
- Formulate and deliver strategic objectives based on targeted SMART goals ensuring alignment with management.
- Coordinate strategic and annual planning processes with stakeholders to produce effective plans for approval.
- Build a high-performance culture through effective performance management communication and coaching.
- Ensure the marketing team delivers on agreed-upon strategies managing projects for timely and cost-effective execution.
- Act as a brand defender protecting and promoting existing brands while understanding consumer needs.
- Monitor competitors strategies and align marketing functions with sales manufacturing and finance.
- Prepare budgets analyze expenditures and develop marketing strategies and campaigns for global partners.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations in all marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in marketing or an MBA with a focus on marketing is required.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive marketing experience including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- At least 8 years of relevant marketing experience with hands-on exposure in core marketing functions.
- Proficiency in English and the local practiced language is mandatory.
