Purpose: Lead nationwide fulfillment last-mile reliability and network optimization for a high-growth logistics platform.
Mandate: On-time performance > 98% cost-to-serve reduction automation/WMS 3PL/4PL partnerships safety & compliance customer NPS.
Profile: 15 yrs in parcel/express/3PL or e-commerce ops; large-scale hub & spoke; peak readiness; data-driven ops; Arabic/English.
Why now: Jeddah as the gateway; win share in a consolidating market.
