Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care for patients undergoing surgical sterile technique and assist the surgical team in creating a safe operating patient condition intraoperatively and respond to changes promptly and assessments interventions and outcomes accurately in the patients medical with surgeons anesthesiologists and surgical technologists to ensure seamless care in surgical safety protocols and quality improvement QualificationsAssociate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program (Bachelors preferred).Current Arizona RN License (or Compact State License).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).12 years of Operating Room or perioperative nursing experience (preferred).Preferred Skills & CompetenciesKnowledge of perioperative nursing principles and sterile critical thinking assessment and problem-solving to stay calm and focused in high-stress communication and collaboration within a surgical Join the roleSupportive team-oriented work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and advancementComprehensive benefits package including:401(k) with employer matchHealth Dental and Vision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Life insuranceTuition assistance and development programs
