We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Cluster Marketing Manager to join our team in Umluj Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple properties in the region driving brand awareness and maximizing revenue growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for a cluster of properties in Umluj and surrounding areas
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Analyze market trends consumer behavior and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions
- Create and manage marketing budgets ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns including social media email marketing and content creation
- Collaborate with property managers and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including media partners and local tourism boards
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality and tourism marketing
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred
- 7 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multicultural environment
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is highly preferred
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian and Middle Eastern markets is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Umluj Saudi Arabia

- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
- experience in project coordination scheduling and document control during pre-Opening stages.
- Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
- A proactive anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
