We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in Cairo Egypt. As a Bartender you will be responsible for creating an exceptional drinking experience for our customers by mixing and serving high-quality beverages providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly professional service throughout their visit
- Take drink orders make recommendations and inform customers about new beverages and specials
- Mix and prepare a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and creativity
- Verify customers age by checking identification to ensure compliance with local liquor laws
- Manage cash credit and debit card transactions accurately ensuring proper change is given
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area including washing glasses utensils and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
- Develop new cocktail recipes to keep the drink menu fresh and exciting
- Adhere to all food safety hygiene and quality regulations
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes mixing techniques and bar operations
- Understanding of local liquor laws and commitment to responsible alcohol service
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Creativity in developing new drink recipes and presentations
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a bar setting
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
Occasional kneeling pushing pulling lifting.
Occasional ascending or descending ladders stairs and ramps.
Visa Requirements: Must be legally permitted to work in Egypt.
