We are seeking a dedicated and self-driven Project Manager to join our office in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant city be part of an innovative team and shape your career in the world of luxury lighting. Please note: this position requires daily attendance at our Riyadh office.
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
What Youll Do:
Oversee projects from initiation to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Supervise on-site installations ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and site teams to resolve on-site challenges promptly.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and documentation.
Maintain strong client relationships and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders.
Coordinate approvals for technical drawings and make revisions to shop drawings as needed.
Manage order processing shipping documents and customs clearance.
Prepare price quotations invoices and handle financial documentation.
Provide post-installation support and address customer inquiries and complaints.
Collaborate with project managers and gather all relevant project information.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in project management and site supervision with a focus on cost control and documentation.
Strong planning abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Familiarity with Preciosa Lightings product portfolio is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and CRM tools.
Bachelors degree in engineering Architecture Surveying Project Management Construction Management or a related field.
Fluency in Arabic and English with the ability to conduct business in both languages.
Willingness to travel primarily within Saudi Arabia.
