Job Overview:
We are seeking a People and Culture Intern to join our HR team at BayanTech. This internship is an exciting opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in human resources with a primary focus on recruitment. You will support various HR initiatives and gain exposure to our dynamic multicultural work environment.
Duration: 3 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting CV screening and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Help coordinate employer branding and talent outreach initiatives on platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
- Provide support in other People & Culture tasks such as:
- Organizing engagement or team-building activities.
- Supporting training and development initiatives.
- Assisting with employee surveys or basic HR documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy in all HR-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
