Location: Boise ID (Onsite)
Duration: 5 Months
Travel: Required across 44 Idaho counties (3 weeks/month with overnight stays)
Role Objective: Support installation maintenance and user training for courtroom A/V hardware and software statewide ensuring inventory accuracy and responsive technical service.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure Bi-Amps Microphones Amplifiers Speakers DTEN systems and courtroom desktop hardware
Support help desk tickets for courtroom A/V equipment and user systems
Conduct installs for new courtrooms and remodels; support Court Reporter hardware
Train judges clerks and assistants on new A/V systems
Maintain inventory records of serialized assets and assist with equipment shipping/surplus
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including Windows desktops and networking
Coordinate with IT leadership and district court stakeholders to resolve escalated issues
Collaborate on hardware and application validation and improvement initiatives
Participate in meetings and contribute to agile mission-driven operations
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years of IT and A/V support experience
Bachelors degree preferred
Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout Idaho
