At theAlgo product team we are building the next generation of algorithms routing and machine learning systems that will enable us to provide world-class transportation solutions.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Principal Product Manager ML & Algorithmsto lead some key product domains in our team and be responsible for delivering impactful solutions that will help us revolutionize the transportation industry.
What Youll Do:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our algorithms routing and machine learning systems
- Lead product lifecycle from ideation through technical development to launch
- Develop a short and long-term roadmap for our products by leveraging customer feedback data trends and strategic initiatives
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the prioritization of features and products that will have the most significant impact
- Guide our best in class algorithm and developments teams to solve complicated problems by integrating with other product managers across the organization
Who You Are:
- Minimum 6 years of Product Management experience
- Experience in algorithms and/or machine learning based products- a must
- Experience leading cross-functional teams with excellent communication skills including Algo and Data-science teams
- Strong technical background with a scientific degree or equivalent experience in complex algorithm-based products
- A strong executor with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions
- A user-centric approach with the ability to blend technical expertise and UX
- Detail-oriented and thorough with the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects in a highly fluid work environment
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and balance delivery of MVPs with an unwavering commitment to world-class products
- A firm believer in a Data First philosophy but can also make decisions in ambiguous situations
