About The Position:

We are expanding our procurement team and seeking a motivated Junior Procurement Associate to support our purchasing operations and vendor coordination. This position is an ideal entry point for candidates looking to grow their career in procurement supply chain or real estate sourcing within an international environment.

Tasks

  • Support the sourcing of goods services and real estate assets for internal and project needs
  • Maintain daily communication with suppliers contractors and agencies
  • Assist in evaluating suppliers to ensure compliance quality and cost efficiency
  • Track purchases update procurement databases and maintain real estate records
  • Help with the drafting and review of purchase orders contracts and property agreements
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure procurement activities align with company priorities

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Real Estate or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing
  • Strong command of English (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement platforms

Bonus Qualifications

  • Exposure to real estate sourcing or procurement is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations and property evaluation practices
  • Experience with contract documentation and vendor management tools

Soft Skills

  • Detail-oriented and organized with a structured work approach
  • Curious eager to learn and open to feedback
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multicultural remote teams
  • Proactive mindset with an interest in long-term professional growth
