We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Administrative Executive to join our team and support the smooth functioning of our business operations. This role is essential in office management administrative coordination and executive support playing a crucial role in maintaining the smooth functioning of our business processes.
As a Business Administrative Executive you will be responsible for managing key aspects of administrative operations supporting team coordination and ensuring effective financial and resource planning. You will work closely with leadership and teams to streamline processes optimize time and resources and contribute to a productive and well organized work environment.
What You Will Get To Do
- Coordinate and oversee office operations ensuring that daily administrative tasks run efficiently
- Handle financial administration tasks such as expense tracking budget management and vendor payments
- Facilitate vendor coordination and procurement processes to maintain an efficient supply chain for office needs
- Support the CEO in strategic enterprise planning ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Analyze business performance metrics and generate reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate with leadership to improve organizational structures workflows and business processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key business and financial performance indicators
- Manage and maintain records documents and files in compliance with company policies
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows processes and time management strategies
- Act as a liaison between HR sales marketing and business departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Support in the organization of our internal and external events
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements
What You Should Have
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field
- 1 year or less of experience in administrative roles such as Office Manager Administrative Coordinator or Executive Assistant. Fresh graduates with good organizational skills are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools
- Good organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of financial planning budget management and procurement processes
- Experience in vendor coordination and supply chain management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in both French and English is essential
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
