Position Overview

Were looking for a senior B2B lead generation expert someone with vision sound judgment and proven experience generating real commercial opportunities for tech or service environments companies. Someone who understands the business masters the tools and knows how to build a predictable system for generating qualified leads.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the lead generation strategy independently
• Launch outbound campaigns (LinkedIn email...) and inbound actions (content automation paid media if needed)
• Identify buying signals define target companies and qualify decision-makers
• Tailor messaging by segment and market (France and the U.S.)
• Measure results scale what works and suggest new initiatives
• Coordinate with leadership and sales to align goals and opportunities

Requirements

Requirements

• 3 years of experience generating B2B leads in tech or service environments
• Proven track record creating quality opportunities not just volume
• Solid command of outbound and inbound channels with a strategic mindset
• Understanding of paid acquisition strategies: funnel building retargeting bid strategies audience segmentation.
• Proficient with tools such as Sales Navigator Outbound automation tools (e.g. Lemlist Instantly etc.) Data scraping and enrichment tools (e.g. Apollo PhantomBuster etc.)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage budgets interpret KPIs and optimize performance accordingly.
• Good communication skills and Professional fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
• Highly organized autonomous and reliable in a fully remote working environment.
