Position Summary
Support and manage all ERP technical modules used by the Finance Department primarily focusing on JD Edwards (JDE) and associated systems.
Principal Activities
- Provide first-line support for JDE financial modules and related systems.
- Assist with month-end financial processes and system reconciliations.
- Troubleshoot issues schedule tasks modify system layouts and create reports/events.
- Train staff and document financial business processes.
- Design and implement new templates and modules.
- Handle data gathering and ad-hoc report requests (SQL Business Objects system reports).
- Coordinate financial system-related matters with the IT Department.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of JDE EnterpriseOne development experience.
- Experience supporting fully integrated JDE systems.
- Proficiency in ERP financial software (Oracle JDE).
- Strong MS Office and SQL skills.
- Advanced project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) with strong communication and documentation skills.

- Detail-oriented with a structured and organized work ethic.
- Skilled in staff development negotiation and decision-making.
