Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with 6 8 years of proven expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess subject matter expertise (SME) in at least one of the following modules:
Payroll
Benefits
Time and Absence
Talent Management
The candidate must have a strong understanding of HR business processes experience in requirement gathering workshops and the ability to map business needs to Oracle Cloud functionality. This role demands hands-on experience in configuring solutions designing functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams to build complex integrations reports and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as SME for one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Payroll Benefits Time & Absence Talent)
Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Map As-Is and To-Be HR business processes and identify process improvements
Create and review functional design documents configuration workbooks and test scenarios
Perform system configuration and validations in Oracle HCM Cloud
Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces reports and custom enhancements
Provide support during all phases of the implementation/project lifecycle
Train end-users and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Work effectively in cross-functional teams including business technical and support teams
