Foreground is partnering with a global events agency to recruit a sharp insight-driven and relationship-led Director of Strategy & Client Development who will play a dual role in leading the agencys strategic thinking and securing long-term partnerships in Saudi Arabia.
This individual will work at the intersection of research brand understanding business development and proposal leadership crafting narratives that win business and build trust with government corporate and cultural clients across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy development across proposals pitches and long-term client engagements.
- Build strategic relationships with clients translating their brand vision and program needs into winning experiential concepts.
- Drive proposal excellence managing storytelling insight generation value articulation and partnership structuring.
- Translate Vision 2030 themes and public sector mandates into relevant brand-aligned creative strategies.
- Serve as a key voice in internal brainstorms agency growth planning and account expansion efforts.
- Provide thought leadership market intelligence and competitor analysis to shape agency positioning.
Ideal Profile
- 10 years of experience in strategy brand experience or agency planning roles with a strong background in the Saudi market.
- Excellent understanding of Saudi client expectations government communications and cultural programming priorities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
- Proven success leading strategic proposals and building long-term client relationships in the KSA public or private sector.
