We are seeking an organized and efficient Admin Assistant to join our financial control team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. In this role you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure smooth operations within our finance department.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of financial reports and documents
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and databases
- Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for the financial control team
- Handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Prepare and distribute correspondence memos and other documents related to financial matters
- Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures to improve efficiency
- Act as a liaison between the financial control team and other departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications including emails and phone calls
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- 23 years of experience in administrative or financial support roles
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field (preferred)
- Basic understanding of financial processes and terminology
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
