Product Manager

About this role

The company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our AIempowered core platform and infrastructure. This highimpact role involves driving innovation across APIs UI frameworks architecture security and enterprise enablementwith a strong emphasis on leveraging AI technologies to enhance scalability performance and user experience.

You will work closely with engineering design and gotomarket teams to ensure the platform remains modern intelligent and built to scale across diverse customer use cases. By integrating AI tools and methodologies into core product areas youll help accelerate development automate operations improve decisionmaking and deliver a nextgen product experience.

Were looking for someone who not only brings 5 years of product management experience but also has a strong engineering foundation (3 years handson). You should be comfortable getting into the technical weeds guiding architecture discussions and leveraging the latest AI tools to accelerate product development and innovation.

This position is part of Boomi following its recent acquisition of Rivery a cloudbased DataOps platform. While now under Boomi the role remains within Riverys team working closely with our experts in data integration and automation. You can read more about the acquisition here.

Please also note that this is a hybrid office/remote role where you will work at least 3 days per week from our Ramat Gan Israel office; and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

• Drive execution with a crossfunctional team ensuring that engineering marketing sales and support are all working towards the same goals and impact.

• Work directly with customers engaging in frequent conversations to understand their needs gather feedback and overall ensure that product direction is aligned with customer needs.

• Deliver a great experience to our products users.

Requirements

• 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform products.

• 3 years of handson engineering or technical experience

• 3 years experience in the area of data management Big Data analytics data warehousing and/or cloud technologies.

• Comfortable using AIpowered tools to accelerate product development and improve user experience.

• Highly datadrivenyou use data to make smart impactful decisions.

• Strategic thinker with strong execution skillsable to zoom in on details and out to bigpicture vision.

• Strong leadership and project management skills with a sense of urgency and ownership.

• Experienced in crossfunctional collaboration with engineering design sales and customer success.

• Clear communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

• Passionate about building tools developers data engineers and enterprise users love.

• Selfstarter with a collaborative cando attitude and a bias toward action.
