We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives drive market expansion and develop longterm client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities negotiating highvalue contracts and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with our companys vision and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Planning & Budgeting:
Develop and implement strategic business plans and budgets focused on achieving key performance figures and targets from key accounts and markets.
Create actionable plans and ensure their execution within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications :
Education:
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality Management or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or sales preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
Strong understanding of the local and regional hospitality market.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Resultsoriented with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
