Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience and strong expertise in project pricing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates managing pricing strategies and collaborating closely with project teams to ensure competitive and profitable bids. This is a highimpact role that requires an indepth understanding of construction processes market trends and cost control measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed pricing models and cost estimates for various construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications drawings and contracts to determine pricing parameters.
- Collaborate with design procurement and project management teams to compile comprehensive cost data.
- Prepare competitive bids and proposals that align with company strategies and market conditions.
- Monitor project budgets and review actual costs versus estimates to ensure profitability.
- Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and confirm project scope.
- Continuously update pricing models to reflect changes in material costs labor rates and market conditions.
- Provide technical support and guidance during bid evaluations and contract negotiations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering with a focus on project pricing and cost estimation.
- Proven track record in preparing competitive bids and managing project budgets.
- Excellent analytical mathematical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability to join is essential.
