Install configure and maintain hardware and software
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and systems performance
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for ITrelated services
Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures
Maintain IT documentation including system configurations inventory and access logs
Manage user accounts and access permissions
Support onboarding/offboarding processes with appropriate tech setups
Ensure data security backups and disaster recovery protocols are followed
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
2 years of experience in an IT support or coordination role
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS Office 365 and network troubleshooting
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and asset management
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS Google Workspace)
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Network ITIL)
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
