Job Description

Job Title: IT Coordinator
Location: Doha Qatar
Job Type: FullTime
Department: Information Technology

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented proactive IT Coordinator to manage and maintain our IT systems and networks. In this role you ll be the first point of contact for technical support coordinate IT projects manage hardware/software procurement and ensure the smooth operation of our tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to staff via phone email and inperson

  • Install configure and maintain hardware and software

  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and systems performance

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for ITrelated services

  • Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures

  • Maintain IT documentation including system configurations inventory and access logs

  • Manage user accounts and access permissions

  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes with appropriate tech setups

  • Ensure data security backups and disaster recovery protocols are followed



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field

  • 2 years of experience in an IT support or coordination role

  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS Office 365 and network troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and asset management

  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS Google Workspace)

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Network ITIL)




2+ years of experience in an IT support or coordination role Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, and network troubleshooting Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and asset management Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
