Index Company Is hiring Immediately for Business Development Executives located in the Cairo Office Egypt.

Job description:

Our Company is looking for an experienced resilientresourceful and empathic business development executive to develop and growour business in existing markets. We are looking for an experiencedprofessional with a solid track record of creating value and growing thecustomer base for similar organizations. Business development executives wouldalso retain existing clients and encourage them to purchase new or addedproducts. Our ideal candidate is ready to solve the changing customerrequirement and helps us retain and grow our customer base in new markets.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Actively coordinate and schedule discovery meetings withtarget roles within client organizations leveraging your networking skills andindustry knowledge to facilitate meaningful engagements.
  • Consistently meetand exceed personal sales targets by employing effective sales strategies andtechniques.
  • Generate sales of our ERP Software to targeted clientswithin multiple industries through comprehensive market research and tailoredapproaches.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Manager tomaintain a continuous pipeline of viable opportunities that will ultimatelygenerate sales utilizing a mix of prospecting methods.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients and the industrysectors they operate in over time allowing for more meaningful interactionsand personalized solutions.
  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships with Clevelexecutives within new key accounts fostering trust and positioning our ERPSoftware as a valuable solution.
  • Initiate outbound prospecting calls craft compellingemails and engage with Clevel executives via LinkedIn demonstratingeffective communication skills and market expertise.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all clientactivities and communications in our company CRM system ensuring accuracy andtimeliness for tracking progress and followups.
  • Participate actively in all aspects of the salesprocess from initial qualification activities to conducting client meetingsshowcasing a holistic approach to selling our ERP Software.
  • Consult with clients to thoroughly understand their keyrequirements strategic direction and unique pain points and providecustomized solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Proactively engage in business development activitiescreating detailed relationship mapping for each organization with the goal ofestablishing deeper and broader client engagements.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by being available to work indifferent timezone shifts catering to the diverse regions of MENA UK andNorth America to ensure optimal client coverage and accessibility.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a related sales environment selling software with a great track record of success in new business development & relationship management
  • Strong CRM discipline the ability to accurately maintain a solid pipeline.
  • Ability to meet and exceed given targets.
  • Previous experience in gathering businessrelevant information and generating client interest from coldcalling/telesales emails and LinkedIn approaches.
  • Excellent written verbal and presentation skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and information in a professional business environment
  • Expertise in lead generation through sources that will be provided.
  • Previous experience in outbound factfinding and introductory businesstobusiness (B2B) calls as well as effectively communicating with clients and prospective clients via email.
  • A degree level education or higher.
  • Prior professional sales training is desirable.
  • An American accent is preferred.
