Pinerium is looking for an HR Generalist to support and enhance our human resources functions. This role is ideal for HR professionals who are passionate about employee engagement talent acquisition compliance and organizational development.
As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for managing recruitment onboarding performance management and employee relations. You will work closely with different departments to ensure a positive workplace culture and drive HR initiatives that align with company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns resolving issues professionally.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Assist in managing payroll benefits administration and leave tracking.
- Facilitate performance evaluations and feedback processes.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and teambuilding activities.
- Ensure accurate HR data management in HRIS and internal databases.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and labor regulations.
Requirements
13 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR laws compliance and best practices.
Proficiency in HR software HRIS and payroll systems.
Ability to multitask problemsolve and handle employee relations professionally.
Bonus: HR certification (PHRi SHRMCP CIPD) is a plus.
