Key Responsibilities
1. Local Purchases: IT equipment factory equipment spare parts and consumables.
2. Equipment Rentals: Gensets forklifts telehandlers and trailers.
3. Civil Works: Coordinate with sites and contractors.
4. Purchase Orders: Prepare raise and manage POs.
5. Supplier Management: Search evaluate and liaise with local suppliers.
6. Quotation Management: Submit summaries to Procurement Manager.
7. Logistics Coordination: Inform Site Logistics and provide necessary documents.
8. RecordKeeping: Update PO lists scan and save documents and ensure compliance with Saudi Government regulations.
9. Reporting: Submit weekly summary reports to Logistics/Procurement Manager.

1. Perform duties of Procurement Officer during absence.
2. Prepare Cash Advance Requests and ensure advance payments are submitted correctly.
