Utilize Meta s native tools like instant forms and messenger flows for scalable lead capture.
Research international audience behavior to create tailored geo-targeting strategies.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CPL CTR ROAS and conversion rates.
A/B test ad creatives placements and bidding models for better performance.
Define campaign goals budgets timelines and success metrics.
Track and report on lead quality cost-efficiency and funnel metrics via Meta Ads Manager and third-party tools.
Generate insights and recommend strategic improvements to boost results.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to produce compelling ad copies and visuals.
Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to ensure timely lead follow-up and nurturing.
1 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads for international lead generation.
Proven success in targeting Tier 1 markets (US UK Europe etc.).
Strong analytical mindset and experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
Solid understanding of marketing funnels and lead nurturing workflows.
Excellent communication organizational and reporting skills.
Performance-first attitude with great attention to detail.
Experience with other platforms like Google Ads TikTok or LinkedIn Ads.
Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
