Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Lead Management:
Oversee the entire lead management process from acquisition to conversion.
Utilize Zoho CRM to track leads analyze data and optimize the sales funnel.
Ensure timely followup and nurturing of leads to maximize conversion rates.
PreSales Activities:
Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Coordinate with technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
Client Acquisition & Negotiation:
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize profits.
Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the Client Relationship Director to ensure seamless transition of clients postsale.
Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and customer feedback to senior management.
Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
Professional Experience:
4 5 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in digital marketing or app marketing.
Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Certifications:
Zoho CRM Certifications such as Zoho CRM Administrator or Zoho CRM Sales Representative.
Recognized sales certifications such as Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP).
Technical Proficiency:
Extensive experience with Zoho products particularly Zoho CRM.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Adjust WebEngage Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Understanding of the app marketing landscape and emerging trends.
Networking:
Established network of contacts within the industry.
