The Organization
One of the leadingHospitals in The GCC with a global reputation is now looking for a keyindividual to Head of HR.
The Role
People Management
- Manage motivate and manage the performance of the HR team
- Provide coaching and advice to HR team on HR issues stretch anddevelop the talent skills and knowledge of the team in order to develop HRexpertise
- Role model appropriate behaviors and challenge where and whenappropriate
Delivering Culture and Organizational change
- Provide expertise and support in businessconsultation/restructuring exercises
- Support and implement culture change customer service and otherbusiness transformation initiatives within business units
- Seize opportunities to drive lean cost effective structures andpractices
- Act as trusted advisor to business unit leaders on HR issues
- Work with senior management to position our client on right track throughHR interventions and solutions
Reward and Recognition
- Monitor refine and evaluate existing reward and recognitionapproaches to ensure that they are competitive and enable retention
- Ensure a consistent and fair implementation of the reward andrecognition strategy
Talent Management
- Work closely with business unit managers and leaders to identifythe people requirements arising from business unit strategies
- Feed in requirements to HR planning and strategy generationactivities in Talent Learning & Development Compensation & Benefitsand Transformation to ensure HR strategies remain aligned to business needs
The Person
You will need to be anExpat/Saudi National with significant HR experience and a strong western educationalbackground and work experience. This is a strategic role and you will need tobe able to demonstrate the ability to build an HR function that not onlysupports the Group but leads it. Only candidates that have significant experienceworking with global Healthcare businesses and organization will be consideredby my client.
- At least 20 years of experience in HR within reputable organizationswith at least 5 years in the Healthcare/hospitals environment.
- Extensive operational experiences as well as the strategicexperience.
- MBA in HR from a recognized university
- You must be energetic enthusiastic forward thinking andcontinuously selfmotivated
