Leverage your 5 years of HR experience to develop and refine HR policies ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with legal requirements. Split your time between a hybrid work environment and regular weekly visits to our offices in Jerusalem and Beit Shemesh. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment offboarding and onboarding processes ensuring seamless transitions and integration of employees into our team.
- Foster strong employee relations by addressing concerns resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Lead professional development initiatives including training programs and continuous learning opportunities.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair offerings.
- Manage employee reviews promotions and career path planning ensuring clarity and growth opportunities.
- Boost employee engagement and satisfaction by implementing creative and impactful initiatives that align with our company values.
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in HR
- Experience in HR for a servicebased company is a strong plus.
- A proven track record of effectively managing diverse teams and navigating complex employee situations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on collaboration and teambuilding.
