Purpose: This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts providing financial insights to support informed decisionmaking.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks
- Ensure accurate and complete financial records complying with accounting standards regulatory requirements & organizational policies
- Develop and implement fiscal management strategies to optimize financial performance reduce costs & enhance profitability
- Provide timely and insightful financial analysis & recommendations to support informed decisionmaking and strategic planning
- Perform monthly account reconciliations identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure financial statement accuracy
- Develop and maintain financial reports dashboards & metrics to support business decisions identify trends and measure performance
- Develop and manage budgets for HRrelated expenses ensuring alignment with organizational objectives strategic priorities & financial goals
- Monitor and analyze budget utilization identifying areas for cost savings process improvements & efficiency gains
- Initiate manage and renew contracts for HRrelated services ensuring compliance regulatory requirements & industry best practices
- Process invoices payables and reconciliations related to HR procurements ensuring timely & accurate payment
- Ensure effective contract management minimizing risks ensuring value for money and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Analyze financial data to identify trends opportunities for cost savings process improvements and areas for financial optimization
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase accuracy efficiency financial control & compliance
- Provide financial expertise guidance and support to HR teams enhancing financial literacy decisionmaking & strategic planning

Minimum Required Qualifications Certificates & Skills
- At least bachelor's degree in accounting Finance or related field (Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred)
- Minimum 4 years in accounts payable reconciliation and contracts management preferably with 23 years GCC experience as an officer/lead within a highly reputed company
- Financial Analysis and Modeling Accounting Software (e.g. SAP Oracle) Data Visualization (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
- Any relevant certification or training such as
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- Financial Planning and Analysis Certification
