Job Objective:
To manage and develop the asset management strategy in alignment with the company s objectives by overseeing investment portfolios and funds and diversifying assets to achieve sustainable returns. The role also includes ensuring full compliance with applicable financial market regulations and laws.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Portfolio Management:
Develop asset management strategies and define investment policies.
Monitor portfolio performance and provide recommendations to enhance returns and minimize risks.
Diversify investments based on market analysis and available opportunities.
Manage liquidity and assets to meet investment goals.
2. Market Analysis:
Study and analyze financial and economic market trends to identify investment opportunities.
Oversee the preparation of regular market performance and asset analysis reports.
Assess risks associated with current and potential investments and propose solutions.
3. Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors to meet their investment needs.
Provide regular reports to clients on portfolio performance.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering customized investment solutions aligned with their goals.
4. Compliance and Regulation:
Ensure full compliance with all regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority and other regulatory bodies.
Review contracts and agreements to ensure legal compliance.
Prepare and manage internal and external audits related to asset management.
5. Team Management:
Lead a specialized asset management team and support their professional development.
Provide ongoing guidance and training to improve team performance.
Foster collaboration among team members to achieve defined objectives.
6. Strategic Planning and Development:
Develop longterm plans to enhance asset value and increase revenue.
Identify new investment opportunities aligned with the company s strategy.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated business management.

Return on investment (ROI) compared to benchmarks.
Client satisfaction with investment services.
Full compliance with laws and regulations.
Level of portfolio diversification and risk reduction.
Achievement of revenue targets for the asset management division.
