Executive support
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans itineraries and agendas; and compiling documents for travelrelated meetings.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a handson approach including drafting acknowledgement letters personal correspondence and other tasks that facilitate the CEOs ability to effectively lead the company.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously proactively and followsthrough on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressures.
- Organizes and manages the daytoday running of the CEOs affairs to ensure the provision of highquality support and keep track of everything the CEO needs to perform his duties
- Plans coordinates and ensures the CEOs schedule is followed and respected prioritizes appointments and reschedules where necessary.
- Manages prioritizes screens and monitors the CEO s correspondence including calls and post to ensure they are dealt with appropriately.
- Collects and researches information on assigned matters.
- Produces reports and statistical analyses as per the request of the CEO.
- Ensures that relevant information is gathered and prepared to brief the CEO for meetings trips and events.
- Meets and greets visitors to the CEO s office as appropriate.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Executive office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility trust and support with senior management staff.
Board Support and Liaison:
- Assists board members with travel arrangements lodging and meal planning as needed
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all board members
- Adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in by laws regarding board and board committee matters including advance distribution of materials before meetings in electronic/paper format.
Senior Management Liaison:
- Participates as member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings.
- Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and all staff meetings.
Requirements
- University degree in a businessrelated field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting the executive level
