This is a remote position.
We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Business Development Executive to join our rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making sales calls to US companies posting senior positions utilizing their consultative skills to develop and maintain client relationships. We are seeking an APlayer who is ready to embrace the unique challenges and opportunities of this role and grow with our organization.
You must have an North American accent when speaking in English to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience in a business development or sales role preferably within the recruitment industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage seniorlevel decisionmakers
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
Charismatic and energetic personality with a passion for building relationships and driving sales
Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
