Car Rental Shuttle Agent

Location: Camarate close to Lisbon Airport;

Schedule: :5 days on 2 days off 9 hours/day. Rotating shifts (shifts can start from6am);

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring an impeccable customer service;
• Driving the customers from the airport to the office and back.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service;
• Mandatory driving license (B category);
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
• Hardworking ambitious extroverted and integritydriven personality;
• Excellent customer service skills along with attention to detail;
• Strong communication time management andteamwork skills.
