- Review and interpret updated electronics schematics assembly wiring diagrams and Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure a thorough understanding of product requirements. Able to understand and upgrade System Design.
- Lead and coordinate the shop floor assembly team in efficiently building electronic and electrical components according to design and drawings.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical and electronic assembly issues implementing corrective actions to maintain production flow.
- Collaborate with design engineers to clarify design intent and provide feedback on manufacturability and assembly feasibility.
- Develop and implement documented assembly procedures ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Analyze assembly data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations for electronic and electrical assembly.
- Train and Guide junior resources on Products and implementation methods
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering
Minimum 810 years of experience in a assembly lane preferably with experience in leading electronic and electrical assemblies.
Strong understanding of electronic components soldering techniques and printed circuit board (PCB) assembly processes.
Proficient in reading and interpreting electronic schematics and assembly drawings.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex electronic and electrical problems.
Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) and throughhole technology (THT) assembly processes is a plus.
Experience in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures for electronic assemblies.
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
