We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team. In this opportunity you will work 100% dedicated to one of our key pharmaceutical clients taking on a leadership role within their Salesforce Center of Excellence (SFDC CoE). You will serve as the main liaison between business and IT teams ensuring best practices platform alignment and solution delivery across global teams.
As a Salesforce Senior Lead you will lead a team of Salesforce developers and consultants ensuring that all SFDC CoE standards and communications are implemented and followed. You will be responsible for the technical oversight of project delivery development standards code quality license management and integration with third-party tools. You will also collaborate closely with global stakeholders and internal teams to enable scalable compliant and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary communication bridge between the SFDC CoE and both business and IT functional stakeholders.
Ensure that SFDC CoE guidance is properly communicated and embedded into daily team practices.
Identify and communicate blockers early coordinating with the application team lead as needed.
Oversee adherence to development standards (BI development code review deployment process quality frameworks).
Coordinate onboarding of new developers in alignment with the Application Team Lead.
Ensure proper and consistent use of the tools and technologies defined by the SFDC CoE.
Accountable for high-quality execution of test cases and code reviews.
Ensure that all deliverables are secure compliant and meet expected quality levels.
Lead or support the creation of technical documentation.
Provide training and support to stakeholders on the functionality and usage of Salesforce tools.
Review deployment classes plan for branches and merges and validate team effort estimations.
Capture and assess licensing needs (volumes constraints activation) working closely with the Platform and IT teams.
Notify the Platform team in advance about any new third-party tool usage or system integrations.
Collaborate with the Enablement Team on designing platform-wide solutions.
Requirements
4 years of experience leading technical teams preferably within Salesforce environments.
Proven experience with Salesforce development and technologies such as APEX Visualforce SOQL and Lightning Components.
Strong understanding of Git and version control workflows.
Experience with complex multi-org Salesforce environments.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Self-managed accountable and able to operate in international/intercultural contexts.
Availability for occasional travel.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); other certifications are a plus.
Experience with Veeva CRM is highly valued.
Familiarity with Sales Cloud Service Cloud Community Cloud and AppExchange integrations.
Creative communicator with strong collaboration and innovation mindset.
Experience in consulting or global project delivery teams is a plus.
